Following the hugely successful November auction of 33 luxurious new residences in Annapolis’s GrandView condominium, which created momentum for a post-auction sales and marketing campaign that resulted in 30 additional deals, Sheldon Good & Company – the nation’s leading real estate auction firm – will conduct a one-day closeout event of GrandView’s remaining inventory on Sunday, July 24th at the Westin Annapolis.

25 luxury residences will be available, with 10 guaranteed to sell at or above minimum bids ranging from $220,000 to $325,000, up to a 70% discount off the original prices. The GrandView is a full service luxury condominium building located in Annapolis Towne Centre – a spectacular destination for sophisticated living, shopping and dining located minutes from the historic district of Annapolis and a short drive from Washington, D.C., and Baltimore.
The closeout event will give buyers the opportunity to select from a variety of two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominiums (some with dens) ranging in size up to 1,945 square feet, many with views of nearby rivers and the Chesapeake Bay. The residences were originally priced from $514,000 to $937,000, and the GrandView is now over 70% sold.
“This is a tremendous opportunity to purchase a residence at a fraction of the original asking price in a highly desired building full of great amenities,” said Mark Troen, COO of Sheldon Good & Company. “By successfully auctioning a selection of these residences in November, we were able to offer new homeowners the opportunity to name their own price. Buyers continued to get great pricing in our subsequent sales program during the past six months. Now, with only 25 units left, Sturbridge Homes is selling the remaining residences at this final one-day event.”
The impeccably appointed homes feature open floor plans, 10’ to 11’ ceilings, gourmet kitchens and master suites with spa-like baths. Residents enjoy a full compliment of amenities, including furnished lounges, fully equipped fitness center, rooftop pool, sundeck and grill facilities and a concierge staff that caters to every need. The homes overlook the Towne Centre Plaza, putting residents within steps of one of the country’s largest Whole Foods Markets, as well as lifestyle stores such as Target, Lululemon, and Brooks Brothers. Popular restaurants at Annapolis Towne Centre include Brio Tuscan Grille, P.F. Chang’s and The Chop House. Highways connecting to the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. metropolitan areas are seconds away, providing a quick and easy commute.
Interested buyers can view the property during pre-auction Open Houses on Wednesdays to Fridays from noon – 7:00 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. through July 23rd. The Auction will be held at the Westin Annapolis, located at 100 Westgate Circle, on July 24th. Auction registration will begin at 11:00 a.m. the auction commences at noon.
